Kirsty, Holmer Manor manager, has a very close relationship with each of her team and believes in the importance of professionalism and communication. Tara is thorough, compassionate and welcoming as well as friendly, approachable and supportive. Tara only wants the best for each resident at Holmer Manor and has great passion for what she does.

Each member of the Holmer team works closely with GPs, District Nurses, Podiatrists and other medical professionals to provide the highest quality care and comfort for each resident.
This specialist input is put in place immediately when each resident comes to live at Holmer Manor and is reviewed regularly alongside the personalised care plans we offer each resident.
